Around the world in 20 days

Senior Account Manager, Christine Cotterell, has won an around the world trip…

Senior Account Manager, Christine Cotterell, has won an around the world trip and will be jet setting for 3 weeks in October this year.

Christine won the Company prize for reaching all her targets in 2008. She managed to secure an extremely high percentage of her renewals as well as generating a significant amount of new business. Christine has shown that providing an extraordinary high level of service combined with a excellent technical knowledge really does buy the loyalty of her Clients. Christine celebrates 10 years with the Company in 2009.

Christine and her husband Tony, will be travelling to Tokyo, Sydney, Brisbane, Fiji and ending in San Francisco. They will be staying in a plethora of 5 star hotels including The Great Southern Hotel in Sydney, The Outrigger on a Lagoon in Fiji and The Westin St Francis in San Francisco. This is the third time Christine will be staying in a Westin hotel and is most excited about the “Heavenly Beds!”

Christine is extremely enthusiastic about her trip; “I really don’t think I can explain in words how thrilled I was to win the prize, it was a lot of hard work but having this as a target really helped me focus! I knew I was close in December but really didn’t know until I saw the figures at our year end meeting that I had got it!”

Christine was initially concerned about being away from her children for 3 weeks, but then quickly changed her mind saying “I am sure that we will get used to it quickly enough!” Well, we at M&P are certain that a sun bed facing the Fiji Islands will somehow tear their minds away from a viciously cold Basingstoke!

Christine has accomplished a great achievement which everyone at Martinez and Partners is extremely proud of. Christine commented that “the 10 years have been very challenging and a real transformation, especially since Jonathan arrived. I can honestly say I have never enjoyed working anywhere as much as here.”
