Martinez & Partners Rises above Recession 30/04/2009

The first quarterly Team Meeting of 2009 was held last Thursday at our Head Office in Hampshire. Jonathan Evans, Managing Director and Mark Olrog, Head of Client Services provided a summary on the progress of the Company. It was a delight to see that all the Account Managers had managed to secure an almost perfect renewal rate, as well as securing a substantial amount of new policies via cross sales. The New Business department had also done well beating its ambitious target with the promise of plenty more to come.

Super Luke “The Puke” Davies was awarded the Employee of The Quarter and won a romantic dinner cruise on the Thames. Unfortunately due to Luke’s popularity we may well need to make it a cruise for 6 just so he doesn’t upset any of his ladies.

Despite the recession and economic doom and gloom, Martinez & Partners seems to continue to demonstrate excellent growth which we hope will continue in the second quarter on 2009.
